Heddian and OneLayer are teaming up for a private dinner at Tavolàta in downtown Spokane, inside the historic Old City Hall building steps away from the Davenport Hotel. We'll have one of the restaurant's private dining rooms to ourselves for the night to wind down after the conference. Tavolàta is chef Ethan Stowell's modern Italian concept, first opened in Seattle in 2007 and now anchoring downtown Spokane since 2021 — fresh pasta made in house daily, a lively room, and one of the better tables in the city.
